All of our items are made to order, so our delivery times are dependent on how busy our lovely seamstresses are. We aim to make dresses within 3-4 weeks. Accessories are usually within 2 weeks. We do keep a few items in stock for immediate dispatch - these will be sent out next day delivery. If you need something by a certain date let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Please treat your dress with care- everything is handmade in the UK with love and we want her to be in your wardrobe forever.

Wash her gently on cold, do not stick her in the tumble dryer, and iron on low.

She's a working dress so we expect her to get caught on brambles now and then. Mend her instead of throwing her into landfill- if your skills aren't great then we'll do minor repairs for you, free of charge. With a little care, we believe she'll be just as beautiful & characterful when she's a well-worn, patched-up mess many years down the line- just like that old Barbour.

Our first collection runs true to size, but if you have a big bust then you may be better sizing up- email amy@austuin.com if you're unsure which size to go for.

Delivery is free for all UK orders. Returns of standard sizes accepted within 28 days. Bespoke garments (those made to specific measurements or with custom additions) are non-refundable.
